2016/2017 the 2ndSemester Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status
To the Chinese Government Scholarship students,
According to Chinese Government Scholarship regulations, you are expected to fill out a form called ‘Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status’ and then submit it to international students office 419 (the northern administrative building) before 20 April, 2017. This form can be downloaded from the College website or International QQ group of NAU.
It should be mentioned that you should write the passport name in big capitals clearly on the form and all items must be filled without blank area.

2016—2017第二学期中国政府奖学金年度评审
致中国政府奖学金生：
根据中国政府奖学金管理规定，所有奖学金生应认真填写“中国政府奖学金年度评审表”，并于2017年4月30日前将评审表格交到行政北楼留学生管理办公室。需要注意的是，申请表中的名字一栏使用护照名，并用大写字母书写，并且所有栏目需要填满，不能留有空白部分。

2016—2017第二学期中国政府奖学金生申请延长奖学金期限
To the Chinese Government Scholarship students,
The students who are scheduled to graduate in July, 2017 can apply for extension study with valid reason if you really need more time to finish your academic research. Each one can only apply for the extension once, and the time for extension should be no more than academic year.
Applicant should fill in the form faithfully in the first part and then send the electronic form to your supervisor to ask for the comments and signature in the second part. International students mentioned above should get stamp from their major college and submit their applications before 20 April, 2017. The outdated applications will be unaccepted.

致所有中国奖学金生：
因故不能于今年七月顺利毕业的学生，需要向国际教育学院申请。申请人填写好第一部分（延期的原因），邮件发给导师填写第二部分，导师签字学院盖章，并于4月20日前交到行政北楼419留学生办公室。
